如何禁用充电待机模式

Good afternoon, dear Friends. This is Ivan from Moscow, Russia.I have recently purchased Geometry C. manufactured october 2022.And I need your help with strange charging behaviour. If I plug in the  charging pistol in the evening (10p.m. Moscow time), it is recognized by the car. The wall charging station goes from white to blue mode, then to green. The car shows charging with 15 amps and 340v power.But! if I plug in the power pistol now (1p.m. Moscow time) nothing happens. Wall charging station is in "blue" mode. running blue lights bottom to top.The dashboard in the car says: "In reservation for next charge". the same goes if I plug in the small mobile charging block (the one for 3.5kw slow charge).Why? how can i disable this reservation? or make the car charge immediately?Apologies for english language.
